The meat of this license looks fine, but Red Hat Legal pointed out that the
copyright holder in xsd appears to be both Boris Kolpackov and Code Synthesis
Tools. Therefore, please change the text that says "... Boris Kolpackov gives
permission ..." to something like " ... Boris Kolpackov and Code Synthesis
Tools CC give permission ..." to make sure we're covered in case Boris's
employer is the copyright holder of some or all of the GPL-licensed
code here. 

Once this is done, we should use this for the SPEC:

# Exceptions permit otherwise GPLv2 incompatible combination with ASL 2.0
License: GPLv2 with exceptions and ASL 2.0
