I've just had a deeper look into the download directories of enlightenment and
unfortunately even if there are newer snaphot directories, they don't always
contain all packages, only the updated ones. And indeed version 
0.5.2.042 seems to be the most recent one...  

I'm sorry for this - I should have looked more carefully yesterday...
