That's the license? Seriously? I should block this package on the grounds that
the license author is not acting even remotely responsibly.

However, if one does sed 's|blah||g' over that license, it looks like a
Copyright only license, so just use:

# Copyright holder places no restrictions on use, modification, or
redistribution
License: Copyright only
