The rpmlint complaints are fine.

Honestly I don't know how to deal with the conflicting .so links.  Generally
yoou just can't do what it seems you're trying to do (two different versions of
the same library with separate -devel packages useful in parallel) without
actually renaming one of the libraries.

Generally stuff in Fedora should be as clean as possible.  I won't block you
from checking it in, but anyone is welcome to go through and remove crap like
that from packages so you really shouldn't rely on it being there.
