I'm not sure if testing against %{?el4}%{el5} is correct. I thought the test
was against %{?rhel}, but I can be wrong. Also Requires: nagios = 2 is
definitely not ok, it can't match. Not sure how to enforce nagios 2.x. Maybe
something like : Requires: nagios > 2
Requires: nagios < 3
