I'll give a few quick hints then.
- You see I modified the boost::thread class. The modifications are necessary
in order to implement oxt::thread.
- Some exception classes like thread_resource_error are modified to inherit
from oxt::tracable_exception.

oxt::thread and oxt::tracable_exception and their purposes are documented in
their respective header files.
