Mock build log gives this feedback for your final rpmlint error

" moblin-session.i386: E: non-executable-script /etc/xdg/moblin/xinitrc 0644
/bin/sh - - - This text file contains a shebang or is located in a path
dedicated for executables, but lacks the executable bits and cannot thus be
executed. If the file is meant to be an executable script, add the executable
bits, otherwise remove the shebang or move the file elsewhere. "

The easiest option would be to make the file executable however im not sure if
this error is ok to ignore or not. I assume removing the shebang is probably
not helpful as it is a useful file if anyone wanted to make it executable
themselves and use it.
