Some issues:

- Missing BR on gettext
- Please update the URL per Comment #1
- There is a newer version, may want to update to that (also the d/l link is
not on the official site, could you find the download on the official site?)
- Use the %find_lang macro (per
<https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/Guidelines#Handling_Locale_Files>)
- rpmlint output:
