- Drop HACKING from %doc, it's related to compilation.

- You are missing
 BuildRequires: graphviz
since
sh: dot: command not found
Problems running dot: exit code=127, command='dot',
arguments='"classGtk_1_1EventBox__inherit__graph.dot" -Tpng -o
"classGtk_1_1EventBox__inherit__graph.png"'

- The doc package is quite small (82K), I'd put the documentation in -devel.
