You need to validate the desktop file.

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/Guidelines#Desktop_files

add this to the end of the %install  section and add BuildRequires: 
desktop-file-utils

desktop-file-validate %{buildroot}/%{_datadir}/applications/%{name}.desktop
