This is a classic devel-package use-case

Move the headers and lib*.so into *-devel
and let the main-package only contain lib*.x.y.z
BTW: Unless I am mistaken, this package builds its libs stripped.
In Fedora, libs are supposed to be built unstripped (rpm strips them later).
