Source1: websvn-httpd.conf
Patch1: websvn-2.2.0-use_system_libs.patch

What is source for patch1?
Where do you get websvn-httpd.conf?

in spec file you have 2.2.0-1 but srpm is for 2.1.0-3
could you please give a link to 2.2.0 srpm?
