Unfortunately I completely ran out of time to do any reviewing for some time. 
Getting back to this, I see that the only real issues I had with this past
comment #13 were in actually getting it working (which cleared up with selinux
turned off).  I've been running it on a couple of test servers, and while I
haven't really tested it under failure conditions it at least seems to work OK.

Can you simply add a note in %description or in a README.Fedora file or
something which warns people not to try this with selinux?  There's no hard
requirement that selinux be supported before a package is imported, though with
something that has the potential to lock people out of their machines I really
think it's worth making a prominent warning.
