I can't rebuild emerillon
the problem is not that libethos isn't in repo or
BuildRequeres: intltool
is missing.
The problem is the dependency of rest

quote of the build.log:
checking for SEARCH_DEPS... configure: error: Package requirements (
      rest >= 0.6
  ) were not met:
No package 'rest' found
Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.
Alternatively, you may set the environment variables SEARCH_DEPS_CFLAGS
and SEARCH_DEPS_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
