I don't know of any other way than just to comment out all references to the
unwanted sub-packages in the spec file.

Additionally it is necessary to get rid of the unwanted bindings during build
and install.

The best way would be to make a patch against sources/src/Makefile.am to
exclude the sub-directories which are not needed.
