http://openmopac.net/Downloads/Mopac_7.1source.zip only contains microsoft .dsp
style make files, nothing to help with building on linux.

http://www.uku.fi/~thassine/projects/download/current/mopac7-1.15.tar.gz is the
version used by the author of ghemical.
