Well, 
- actually even "%post{,un} -p /sbin/ldconfig" is also unneeded
  for this package because no libraries are installed under default
  library search paths (some binaries are installed under
  %_libdir/%name but not %_libdir)

- By the way build.log shows lots of warnings like
