ncrack-debuginfo.i586: E: empty-debuginfo-package
3 packages and 0 specfiles checked; 1 errors, 0 warnings.

The debuginfo package is empty because the debugging information is stripped
too early. To fix this issue, add

  sed -i '/\$(STRIP)/d' Makefile.in

to the %prep section.
