I fixed the dependency issue, unfortunately it looks like Haskell is pretty
broken in rawhide.

Looking at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/SIGs/Haskell and some of other Haskell
related bugs it looks like they're rebuilding the specs with a new tool (or
something...).

Either way the package below builds on F-12.

If they don't get it fixed soon I'll remove the haskell libraries and rebuild.

P.S. I'm slowing adding EPEL support, so thats the reason for the extra
conditionals.
