I did this in Pyvault to get python15, python22, python23, python24 to
Obsolete their python counterparts because of the existing implicit
Obsoletes behavior. Saga documented here:

Listing out the Obsoletes for existing supported python versions aided
in getting systems upgraded in the right way. Might not be exactly
your situation (since the name changes), but it's been done! ;)
