[Fedora-packaging] Mono Packaging Issues

Problem : the configure script generates the .pc file as well as finding
the bits required from pre-installed packages. Having noarch in the
BuildArch there causes the configure script to moan and die. It also
runs the automake things to generate the makefiles.

This could be a problem Huston....
