Within a .pc file, there are some Requires listed at times.  This is generated 
during the build or upstream at the project site.  The rpm work will find the 
Requires listed there and implant that into the rpm itself.  Currently the 
Fedora (and RHEL) rpms will not do this automatic implant and the maintainer 
manually has to read the .pc file and add the Requires: line to the package 
which contains the .pc file (should be the -devel package).
