What you fail to realize is that you can accomplish checking to see if things 
build correctly without making those builds go to everybody in the universe 
as an update.  These things are not tied together.

I'm all for continuous rebuild testing, what I'm not for is continuous 
churning of packages needlessly that users have to consume.
