[Fedora-packaging] missing file in example in sourceUrl

Hello,

Unless I am wrong, in 
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/SourceURL
in the generate-tarball.sh code, there is a missing second
arg for the second tar invocation, should certainly be

tar -czvf libfoo-$VERSION-nopatents.tar.gz libfoo-$VERSION

I cannot edit.
