[Fedora-packaging] Please Update Packaging/RPMMacros to mention lib64

Aloas,

on http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/RPMMacros it is written, 
that %{_lib} expands to lib but on 64bit architectures it seems to be lib64 
instead. The page is locked, so I cannot change it, so would please someone 
who can do it, add a note about lib64?
