You mean supplementary groups? They are not listed in your proposal
either and afais, they are not covered by the draft either. Packagers
will have to execute
| usermod -a -G <sup-group> <user>
They MUST NOT be set by 'useradd -G ...'
Else, imo there is no special reason to distinguish between users and
groups in the table. It does not cost extra when you need only one but
register both.
