[Fedora-packaging] Firmware licensing

Hiyas,

imho there is a section about firmware licenses missing on:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Licensing

E.g. here is a license text:

How should I know, whether or not this license is ok? Or will someone with 
authority remove the FE-Legal block from 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=230161, once the license is 
approved?

Also, is there a template to send to the vendors of firmware to use it as 
their license, e.g. here is a license text missing?

I guess it should block FE-Legal, too?
