[Fedora-packaging] Are there *any* guidelines for what "Group:" an application should go in?

Pretty much no. We've settled on using comps for grouping of packages
rather than the Group: tag. That said, it's probably best to use one of
the existing groups (listed in /usr/share/doc/rpm-%{version}/GROUPS
