[Fedora-packaging] any reason why "sdcc" package transforms pgms to non-standard names?

You find this information in the Fedora Package Database:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/packages/name/sdcc

Or the changelog of the rpm can give you some hints (use --changelog in your 
query).
