[Fedora-packaging] Packaging ncdu for Fedora

Hello,

I'm considering packaging ncdu[1] for Fedora. It uses the MIT licence,
which according to the Fedora licensing page[2] is a 'good' licence.
It required ncurses-devel for compilation.

Before I get started, is anyone aware of any issues with packaging
this software? Has it been rejected in the past?
