I have 1 comment on that, I am not sure that using 

  /usr/lib/gcc/<target>/<version>/finclude

is right for %_fmoddir, maybe there should only be gfortran internal 
.mod, and if a versioned directory is used, instead use something along

  /usr/lib/gcc/<target>/<version>/modules/
