The process can take quite some time.  It depends on whether you can
snag a volunteer to look at your package.  There are far more package
submissions than there are reviewers; I suppose you can guess how that
works out.

It's a simple fact: most reviewers aren't going to click on rapidshare
links and wait to download them.  You need to make it as easy as
possible on.

If you haven't, please do so; it tells you how to indicate that you need
hosting for your packages.  It and the documents to which it links also
have many other useful and important pieces of information, such as how
to participate in the review process and attract the interest of
sponsors.
