This seems like a good stance to me too. Will the new yum
finctionality be able to handle the following ...

1) User installs package foo, but not package emacs-foo, as he doesn't
have emacs installed.
2) User installs emacs

... where at step 2, it would be nice if yum would suggest but not
mandate installing emacs-foo.
