[Fedora-packaging] Use of dos2unix in %prep

This discussion has ranged far afield of the original post.

So, does anyone know of a reason to keep the dos2unix warning?  Does it
affect EPEL4?  If that's the only place we need to worry about, we
should mention it but see no reason to definitively say not to use it.
