So, what is the proper procedure for getting somebody to update
this protected page in the Wiki? :-/

Opensuse have picked it up, and I'm sure I could edit it there
( http://en.opensuse.org/Packaging/Unowned_Directories )
but I'd like to see the Fedora Wiki get updated.
