[Fedora-packaging] Inactive mantainers?

Hi guys,
	I want to know which is the status of this two tickets:

* https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=483380

I tried to comment those tickets, mail to maintainers but I got just
a /dev/null...What I have to do?
