[Fedora-packaging] Re: File path clarification

I've scoured the packaging guidelines once more, there's no mention of when
you should put libraries in %{_libdir} vs. when to create a subdirectory in
%{_libdir}.  I got a little bit of feedback in my package review request[1],
but I'd appreciate more formal clarification.

Anyone?
