This is off-topic for this list. Ask at fedora-devel-list at redhat.com
instead.

(The reason why it fails is because example.sh and javacheck.sh are not
included in the RPM. Install them somewhere and include them in %files,
then you are able to run them in %post. They won't be available anyway
in %pre for new installs.)
