rpm perl.prov/perl.req issues

Wouldn't this stuff be better off applied in upstream rpm instead of FC,
in case they're not the same thing nowadays?

Also, does anybody know what's the future regarding perl.req+perl.prov
vs. perldeps.pl?  I thought the latter would be The Future(tm).
