Apache::Session update

I just (finally) updated Apache::Session in devel to 1.80.  If any of
you are interested and wouldn't mind testing it on FC4 or FC5, I'll
update them if it seems to work OK.  Unfortunately, I won't have an
opportunity to test it any time soon.
