New perl and perl-* package maintainer

Hi,

I've volunteered to be the maintainer of perl and various perl-*
packages within Red Hat, taking over from Jason.

Please bear with me while I figure out how this is supposed to work. :-)

Also, several other Red Hatters have volunteered to help with this, I'll
let them introduce themselves.

While I get up to speed, is there anything that you guys think needs
attention sooner rather than later?
