bad URL: http://www.cpan.org/~jrogers/Net-Telnet-3.03/lib/Net/Telnet.pm in perl-Net-Telnet package description

the correct URL seems to be http://search.cpan.org/src/JROGERS/Net-Telnet-3.03/lib/Net/
