time for perl 5.10.x in devel?

Now that you mention it, 5.10.0 RC2 does have 1.9205. As far as I know
most modules are synchronized with their CPAN versions. A notable
exception is Test::Harness, since on CPAN we have the 3.00 major
release of it, and it was too late to tempt a major upgrade of such a
central module.
