Description of problem:

cpan2rpm deals badly with letters in version numbers. This makes, for instance,
cpan2rpm SOAP::Lite to think that 0.60a is the latest version, instead of 0.69.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

cpan2rpm-2.028-2.fc6

How reproducible:

Allways.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install cpan2rpm
2. cpan2rpm SOAP::Lite
3. Check the version of the generated RPM

Actual results:

A RPM from SOAP::Lite 0.60a is generated.

Expected results:

A RPM from SOAP::Lite 0.69 generated.
