Quick patch.

With this you get:

Can't exec "re2c": No such file or directory at /usr/bin/sa-compile line 118.
/usr/bin/sa-compile requires re2c for proper operation.

if re2c isn't there, and

/usr/bin/sa-compile requires ExtUtils::MakeMaker for proper operation.

if MakeMaker isn't installed.
