OT: Perl and CPAN packagers of RedHat and CentOS?

We  don't have any packaging group as Fedora. RHEL Perl is subgroup of 
core and stable packages from Fedora. I and Stepan Kasal are responsible 
for Perl in RHEL. AFAIK CentOS is copy of RHEL, so there will be the 
same packages I suppose.
