perl-JSON has a spurious dependency on perl(Test::More) (and another on
perl(JSON) but that's harmless) coming from somewhere in t/* in docs.  IMO the
best fix here (and something that should be done by default in practically all
perl packages) would be to _not_ package test suite code at all.
