This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 10
development cycle.
Changing version to '10'.

It looks like SVN::Mirror 0.73 has test failures with subversion 1.5.0. 
SVN::Mirror 0.74 fixes the tests.  I am updating perl-SVN-Mirror to the latest
version (0.75).
