Math::BigInt::GMP requires Math::BigInt >= 1.87, which is not available in
either EL-4 or EL-5. Since it's also a core module bundled with the main perl
package, there's not much chance of that changing either.

I suspect that's why the test suite fails too.

%{_fixperms} works all the way back to Red Hat Linux 7 and maybe further (I
don't have anything older to hand at the moment).
