Broken dependencies: perl-POE-Component-Client-HTTP

Hi,

> perl-POE-Component-Client-HTTP has broken dependencies in the development tree:
> 	perl-POE-Component-Client-HTTP-0.85-3.fc11.noarch requires
> 	perl(POE::Component::Client::Keepalive) >= 0:0.0901

perl-POE-Component-Client-Keepalive went down to 0.25; I changed that
to 0.2500 since I did not want to inc epoch.

This change should both fix the upgrade path and the dependency
problem quoted above.
